100 years after the end of WW1, Poppy Scotland required a campaign to encourage fundraisers, companies, schools, groups etc to raise £1918 over the whole of the year.

Taking cues from WW1 posters and language, a campaign was developed. DM, online and events (even featured a WW1 postbox!)  - launching at the Scottish parliament and then rolled out across the country.

During the remembrance period, Poppy Scotland wanted to create a fundraising DM campaign - and so the Tartan Heart was born.  A commissioned tree sculpture, along with a nationwide mailing - encouraging both donations and a way to leave thanks to troops past and present.

A huge success - and year on year - the client said "we're going to need a bigger tree!" due to the huge response.
